XFL III Official Rules
I. "Any player that is on the IR must be removed from the IR and activated or dropped if he has played in a game and received +0 fantasy points in the most recent previous week. Furthermore, a suspended player may not be placed on the IR. If they are to be kept, they must be on the active roster."
II. "Any team that wishes to change it's name must first bring up the name change to the league (in the form of a poll (with old name included in poll)) for a minimum of three days, after which, the name will change to whatever the league has voted on (majority vote). In the case of ties, the name will be decided by the Commish or acting member with Commish powers."
III. "There will be no homefield advantage given out in the Super Bowl"
Playoff Rules:
Playoff Tiebreakers:
1. Overall record
2. Head to Head
3. Divisional Record
4. Total points scored over the season (or highest weekly average)
5. Coin Toss (by someone not involved in the tie and oversaw by another league member)
IV. "The Playoffs will yield one team that will not win a game and the commish must set it up to make this so. This team will win the 'Toilet Bowl Trophy'."
Draft Order and final standings rules:
For Teams making winner's bracket of playoffs:
1. Lower overall record draft before higher overall record
In case of a tie:
2. Any team that loss head to head to another team they are tied with will get the earlier pick. Also see "A"
3. If there is a split in the head to head/there is no head to head, who picks first will be determined by whomever scored the lesser amount of points on offense in the regular season.
A. The Teams in the winner's bracket of the playoffs pick after the other four teams regardless of record.
For teams making 'Garbage Bowl':
1. The four teams will be matched up according to record (best against worst, 2nd best against 2nd worst) in a playoff. The winner of the two week playoff gets the first pick the following year with the runner up picking second. The two losers from the first round will play in the second round with the winner picking 3rd and the loser getting the 4th pick.
The draft will be conducted as a 'Striaght' draft.
The Super Bowl Champion will be the last to pick.
All winners in the 'losers bracket' (i.e. teams not playing for anything) will be pretty much randomly placed in games after this first weekend as it doesn't really matter much after you win a game how you end up.
I will try to keep winning teams playing each other each weekend unless somebody wants a certain match-up.
After all of these games are complete there should still be two teams that have not won a game (1 from the winner's bracket and one from the 'Garbage Bowl', these losers will play for the 'Toilet Bowl' with the loser getting the crown for nothing more than mocking purposes.
V. "Scheduling will be in intra-divisional match-ups as follows: Jacko Division will have an extra home game in odd numbered years and the FireCrotch will have an extra home game in even number years.
